Our waterfront RV Park and Boat Ramp is a quiet, convenient, and affordable facility; surrounded by the Croatan Forest, and adjacent to the Tucker Creek tributary of the Neuse River.
The facilities are open to paying customers only, non-payment will result in towing at vehicle owner's expense.

We are located 5 miles from Havelock, 11 miles from the bridge in New Bern, and 4 miles from the backgate of Cherry Point, MCAS. Turn on to Carolina Pines Boulevard off of Highway 70, and take your immediate right on to the service road (before the large white church and gas station). Then take your first left on Lewis Farm Road, directly before "Miller Saws Husqvarna dealer". Take a right on Mill Dam Road (gravel road) and this is our driveway. Take Mill Dam Road directly to the RV Park & Boat Ramp located at 311 Mill Dam Rd, New Bern, N.C. 28560.

RV Park

We are a small RV park with 9 sites facing Tucker Creek.
Site rental includes Water, Sewer, Electric hook-ups at each site.  Each site is flat, level, partially shaded grass and gravel, with enough room for two vehicles and a boat. Boat Ramp and Docks are included with RV site rental.  Fully self-contained units only (has its own bathroom/shower), we do not provide any shower facilities.  Pull-thru sites when available.

Call ahead and reserve a spot today! Rental fee is due the day you arrive, and the subsequent date your time expires if you plan to continue your stay. Long term available. We accept cash, check, and paypal.

You must declare the accurate total amount of occupants at the time the site rental is paid. We do not allow any subletting or substitutions, who you rent the site for is the occupant(s) for the alotted time. No unregistered overnight guests.
Water, Sewer, and Electric at each site, and access to the boat ramp are included in site rental fee. All fees must be paid before the site is yours. Only fully self contained units accepted, no tents or non-self contained single axle trailers, must have valid license plates, inspection, and insurance. We do not provide any shower/bathroom facilities. No "Junk" crowded or piled around site, regardless of reason.

Smaller indoor pets allowed at the RV park owner's discretion only, additional fees may apply. No outdoor pets. No vicious, dominant, or aggressive pets allowed at any time (vicious/dominant breeds include but are not limited to: any breed of bulldog, rottweiler, or any fighting or attack dogs). Pets have to be on a leash when outdoors, no runners or outdoor kennels. Pets have to be picked up after.
The electric supply is either 50, 30, or 20 amp with no voltage drop.

Children must be supervised by an adult when outside at all times, no children anywhere near the dock or water's edge without life jacket and adult supervision.

Local Attractions

There are many local activities available, including fishing, hunting, boating, hiking, bird-watching, canoe-ing, and many exciting sites to visit. Tryon Palace, historic New Bern, and Fort Macon are within thirty minutes away, Jacksonville, Beaufort, and Greenville are within 45 minutes away.  There is a laundry mat within 10 minutes distance, as well as a Wallmart and Grocery Store within 5 minutes distance and a gas station less than 5 minutes away.

Boat Ramp:

No children on dock or near water without life jacket and supervision.

$5 per vehicle per launch.

No wake in canal.

Please don't discharge bait at boat ramp, it attracts snakes, and no littering please.
